I had a great time strolling around the charming local parks nearby, and the staff made my experience even better with their friendliness during my three-night stay.

Perfect spot for a short stint

Convenient location, spacious room, with the larger king room featuring a sofa bed being a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring, and we appreciated the easy access to available transportation for our trips to nearby attractions and restaurants.

Great location, but the lift was out of order during my stay.

The location impressed me. Easy access to the train made it simple to get into downtown Boston. My room felt comfortable and clean, perfect for a restful night. However, I faced some issues with the food at the bistro. the chicken tasted off and entirely inedible. The pool, which was a major reason for my stay, was closed due to complaints about chlorine, and I was disappointed that there was no maintenance available. I also experienced noise disturbances from guests walking above me. This made it hard to sleep well during the night. Overall, while the stay had its highlights, some aspects fell short, especially regarding dining quality and noise levels.

The location was a real gem, with plenty of awesome restaurants nearby, like Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza. The bistro had some nice vibes going on, even if the food wasn’t exactly a Michelin star. Still, having a cozy spot to grab a bite is always a win!

The pullout sofa was a total backstabber, like sleeping on a bed of nails. Plus, breakfast felt like an Olympic event just trying to get clean silverware and hot food, which was super disappointing. But you know what, it didn’t completely ruin the vibe!

The décor was both warm and inviting, making it feel like home. I particularly loved the cozy seating areas, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The accessibility features were thoughtfully designed, pleasing to any senior.

More accessible bathroom options would be appreciated.

Cozy accommodation with great shower pressure. Staff are incredibly friendly! Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby for morning coffee.

The air conditioning unit was excessively loud and disruptive.

The Guest King Room was pretty cozy and well-designed, with modern touches like USB ports and plenty of charging spots. Everything felt clean, which was definitely a plus. However, the lift was out of order during my stay, and that was a bit annoying to deal with. Also, I noticed housekeeping struggling up the stairs with laundry sacks. not a great look. No complaints about the comfort, though!

the courtyard had a great location near lots of stores and restaurants. the staff was helpful when I ordered food at the bistro, even though the chicken could have been better. the room was spacious and comfortable for my family. overall, it’s a nice place for a short stay.

This place was just a suitable option for a short stint in Westwood with value for money. The pool area was refreshing despite the cloudy water, adding some relaxation time to our stay. I'd recommend checking the pool filter before taking a dip.
